How little I knew.Qué poco sabía.

My first batch of loaves that I made to sell. And boy was I nervous! This was in January of 2026. I was so excited to get started that I didn't even care about all the imperfections. I knew they were going to taste great and that's what mattered most.
I am so grateful I had my sister Deyna helping me out with all the questions and concerns. No matter what, she lifted me up and inspired me to keep going. Always telling me my loaves looked great and never had anything negative to say ☺️ Her encouragement for sure pushed me when I needed it the most. Because looking at these loaves makes me laugh.

Mi primera tanda de panes para vender. ¡Y qué nerviosa estaba! Fue en enero de 2026. Tenía tantas ganas de empezar que ni me importaron las imperfecciones. Sabía que iban a saber muy ricos y eso era lo que más importaba.
Estoy muy agradecida de haber tenido a mi hermana Deyna ayudándome con todas mis preguntas y dudas. Pasara lo que pasara, me levantaba el ánimo y me inspiraba a seguir. Siempre me decía que mis panes se veían muy bien y nunca tuvo nada negativo que decir ☺️ Su apoyo de verdad me empujó cuando más lo necesitaba. Porque ver estos panes me da risa.
